01What is the smallest order you accept?
One part. Prototype orders have no minimum and are priced per part, with a design review included.
02Which file formats can I send?
STEP and IGES are best. We also read DXF, PDF drawings and, in a pinch, a clear sketch with dimensions.
03How tight can you hold tolerances?
Our standard is ±0.005 mm on machined features. Tighter is possible on request, with measurement agreed up front.
04Do you handle finishing and certification?
Yes. Anodising, plating and coating through approved partners, with material and process certificates supplied.
05Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with scheduled call-offs and safety stock for repeat orders.
